Kingston School for Inclusive Education ("Kingston", "we", "us") is a registered school and charity based in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. We operate this website at kingstonschool.edu.pk to share information about our programmes and to receive admissions enquiries and donations.

2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it through:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject, and message.
- Admissions enquiry form: parent name, child name, child age, disability type, email, phone number, and optional message.
- Donation process: handled by our third-party payment provider — we do not store card details.
- Cookies: a single preference cookie to remember your cookie consent choice. See our Cookie Policy for details.
We do not collect data on children directly. All enquiries about a child are submitted by their parent or guardian.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your message or enquiry.
- To process admissions and track enquiry status (new → contacted → enrolled/closed).
- To manage school announcements visible on the website.
- We do not use your data for automated profiling, marketing emails, or targeted advertising.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of:
- Consent — when you submit a form you consent to us using your data to respond.
- Legitimate interest — to manage our admissions pipeline and school communications.
5. Data Storage & Security
Form submissions are stored securely in Supabase (a cloud database hosted on AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore). Supabase uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). Only authorised school administrators can access submission data via a password-protected admin panel.
We retain contact and enquiry data for up to 2 years after the last interaction, then delete it.
6. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with:
- Supabase Inc. — our database processor.
- Regulatory authorities — if required by Pakistani law (e.g. PECA 2016, Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act).
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Third-Party Services
- Google Maps — our contact page embeds a Google Maps iframe. Google may set its own cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- WhatsApp — clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp and is subject to Meta's privacy policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
